AceInfo is currently seeking a Tier II & III Program Manager to support our upcoming federal project, in Washington, DC.  

 

Program Overview: 

 

The Program enables the sharing of information across the organization’s components’ Partners and other Government Agencies to include shared internet, intranet, and extranet services. Program and Project Management, Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, Engineering Operational Support (Tier II and Tier III support level,) and the Enterprise Operations Center (Tier I support level). The Program and Project Management functional area is responsible for the performance of the program and project management support, program and project reporting activities, project artifact development, artifact organization and configuration management. The Engineering Operational Tier II-III Support functional area is responsible for the operations, maintenance, management, change request management, and break-fix of the network infrastructure. The Enterprise Operations Center functional area is responsible for the continuous (24 hours, 365 days a year) monitoring, analysis, restoration, troubleshooting, escalation, coordination, and reporting of operational information concerning infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proactive support and maintenance around enterprise systems
  • Provides functional support of the application, interfaces and any customizations
  • Monitors support issues, ensures resolution plans and reports progress to management
  • Monitors issue status and reacts to issues as they arise
  • Work with users to define and evaluate business needs, challenges and inefficiencies that may be resolved through automated solutions
  • Analyze, review and alter systems, programs, and applications to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirements
  • Responsible for communicating any defects to vendors and application owners and for coordinating testing and implementation of fixes
  • Ensures that proper version control is strictly adhered to and that operational risk is minimized accordingly
  • Participate in technical and functional sessions as necessary or required
  • Installs, tests and tunes software and hardware related to database management systems 
  • Maintains knowledge around TCP/IP protocol and computer networks 



Qualifications

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • PMP Certification
  • 5+ years OneNet WAN project program management experiednce
  • ITIL certification highly desireable
  • ServiceNow
  • System Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline
