    AceInfo is currently seeking a Tier I Technical Project Manager to support our upcoming federal project, in Washington, DC.  

     

    Program Overview: 

     

    The Program enables the sharing of information across the organization’s components’ Partners and other Government Agencies to include shared internet, intranet, and extranet services. Program and Project Management, Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, Engineering Operational Support (Tier II and Tier III support level,) and the Enterprise Operations Center (Tier I support level). The Program and Project Management functional area is responsible for the performance of the program and project management support, program and project reporting activities, project artifact development, artifact organization and configuration management. The Engineering Operational Tier II-III Support functional area is responsible for the operations, maintenance, management, change request management, and break-fix of the network infrastructure. The Enterprise Operations Center functional area is responsible for the continuous (24 hours, 365 days a year) monitoring, analysis, restoration, troubleshooting, escalation, coordination, and reporting of operational information concerning infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all technical work on this task order meets industry best practices and DHS technical guidelines
    • Interface with the customer and attend status meetings with stakeholders when necessary
    • Proficient with cybersecurity practices and policies (NIST, FISMA, etc.) while providing an excellent understanding and application within Government governance structures. Authorization process, and with generating technical document and artifacts
    • Expected to present details on the contract's technical status to senior DHS decision makers
    • Have a strong technical background in cybersecurity (information assurance, security engineering, intelligence/counterintelligence, security analysis, etc.)
    • Lead and manage the Tier I cybersecurity technical team
    • Oversee the contract technical deliverables including custom solutions and potential COTS integration, tool selection and configuration, institutionalization of best agile development and practices, and security quality oversight
    • Responsible for staying abreast of leading edge technologies
    • Provide continuous improvement of increasing maturity practices and the adoption of the latest technologies


    Qualifications

     Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT relaed discipline required
    • 5+ years of IT technical experience in networks similary in size and complexity
    • Technical certifications, (CompTIA Network Plus, Security Plus, and ITIL ) desirable
    • DHS 01 highly desirable
    • Experience with ServiceNow; System Administration
