AceInfo is currently seeking several Application Administrator - Senior to support our federal project, in Quantico, VA

 

Project Overview:

 

Ace Info Solutions provides IT support services to over 900 civilian employees and contractors at 70+ locations across the United States for a DoD customer. Under the Office of the Chief Information Officer we enable users to execute the mission of the agency by providing communications, networking, system support, and cyber security.

 

Position Description:

 

Under general direction, supports the development and preproduction environments design, build out, integration, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Responsible for all system administration activities related to these environments. Supports various projects, activities, and ad hoc assignments. Responsible for continuous enhancements to those environments that will ultimately improve the reliability and performance of the system.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record with middleware performance analysis and capacity planning
  • Extensive knowledge of LINUX/UNIX/Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, administering end-to-end business monitoring & tracking
  • Experience with DoD’s Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) assessments and implementations in systems
  • Strong understanding of Oracle database, database schemas, normalization, and SQL query language
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to work on multiple, concurrent project initiatives
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve user problems
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to create scripts to assist in automating deployment and administrative task
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of PKI and single sign-on
  • Experience with identity access & management technologies (excluding MS AD)
  • Ability to install SSL certificates on server level
  • Assess and Implement DoD STIGs system guidelines
  • Must have a current and active TOP SECRET clearance which has been used while working for the federal government within the last 2 years
  • Must have DoD 8570 IAT 2 certification
  • 15 years of experience with LINUX/UNIX/Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with a wide range of operating systems, applications, storage systems, networks, and virtualization technologies.

 

Additional Information:

 

  • DoD 8570 IAT 3 certification preferred
  • Experience in Oracle Identity Management Suite (OAM 11g R2/OAAM 11g) administrator and Web logic portal administrator preferred
  • Ability to administer OAM/OIM 11g R2 in a load balanced environment preferred
  • Ability to apply patches to the Oracle Identity Management Suite (OAM/OIM) preferred
