AceInfo is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our upcoming federal project in Washington, DC.





The Program will provide End User Support and strategic Division Level Support for the Technical Support Division, for numerous Federal Agencies and Groups. These efforts will aid in providing overall project management support, coordination, and outreach/communication between the Technical Support Division (TSD) Division level management and TSD employees as well as other Client Technology Services (CTS) Divisions and Customers. The staff will effectively administer, manage, and perform duties and responsibilities as required by the Government. The staff will be performing work as required to accomplish IT End User Services and Support. The staff is responsible for all applicable directives, orders, regulations, specifications, etc. provided by the Government in support; and will be principally performed at locations in the following Geographic Site Locations; St. Louis, MO; Kansas City, MO; Beltsville, MD; Washington, DC and Ft. Collins, CO.


Provide subject matter expertise in the area of IT project and operations management, strategic planning, and organizational needs and requirements development facilitation support to the Customer including, but not limited to, the following activities:

  • Lead and participate in teams working on large complex projects; applying expertise to all phases of Initiation, Planning, Control, Execution, and Close-Out
  • Conduct organizational capabilities, needs and requirements analysis and development activities
  • Translate customer requirements into formal agreements and plans to culminate in customer acceptance or results
  • Conduct enterprise strategic and project planning that addresses business results, best practices, and lessons learned
  • Create concepts of operations, operation and maintenance plans, and other policy and procedural documents as may be necessary
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Support the day-to-day operational aspects and scope of IT projects
  • Effectively apply Customer’s methodology and enforce project standards
  • Prepare for project reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • nsure project and operational documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Receive and document customer requests pertaining to projects and special projects as designated by the management
  • Forward documented customer requests to appropriate technical staff
  • Gather information on Customer’s data, applications, operations, designs, architectures and deployment plans
  • rovides project management support and guidance to management team (leadership), and enterprise level project and operations management expertise
  • Serves as the RAM Module Data Steward, providing overall guidance and ensuring the overall integrity of data
  • Integrates overall schedule and milestones utilizing multiple project management tools (i.e., MS Project, Milestones Professional, Deployment Plan template, and other tools as required)
  • Identifies and tracks key milestones and critical issues that impact success and action items associated with issues and activities which ultimately impact service delivery
  • Provides daily support and coordination of the projects with other Divisions, offices, and IT personnel
  • erforms daily support and coordination of the SharePoint web site
  • Prepares regular plans, documents, and reports related to the status of activities
  • Generates reports and performs data analysis from RAM Inventory data
  • Tracks and verifies the receipt of large-volume equipment procurements
  • Provides guidance to other team members as required
  • rovide training to the staff on RAM Module inventory application and inventory processes
  • Manages the Remedy work order queue for Internal and ADM



  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
  • 15+ years in program management in an Infrastructure Environment
  • PMP certified
  • ITIL plus
  • Federal Government or contracting experience
  • Excellent Customer relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications

 Technical Skills Required/Technologies:

  • Knowledge and proficiency in overall asset management for a Large Organization including serving as Data Steward for Remedy Asset Management
  • Remedy Change Request Queue Management
  • Microsoft SharePoint/Microsoft SharePoint Applications
  • Remedy Asset and Change Management Consoles
  • Deployment Management and Tracking for international hardware and software deployments
  • Providing Asset Management Training to TSD Staff nationwide
  • Facilitates and Manages Large/Bulk TSD Procurements through the Remedy System
  • Technical writing and publishing services for CTS managed documentation
  • Change Manager services and documentation control for all CTS documentation and SOP`s
  • Asset management system administration
