AceInfo is seeking a Systems Administrator Lead/Active Directory and Exchange Lead to support our upcoming federal project, in Chandler, AZ. Candidate must have an active TS/SCI. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide wireless smart phone communication administration (GOOD / Blackberry management software). 
  • Operate and maintain a full suite of Government furnished COTS network management
  • tools to automate and improve device monitoring, problem identification and resolution,
  • performance analysis, and configuration management.
  • Provide network and systems administration including, but not limited to:
  • Maintain and optimize standard configurations on all infrastructure components.
  • Perform system administration activities IAW standard industry guidelines.
  • Perform database administration activities IAW standard industry guidelines.
  • Monitor status of fault and problem resolution activities to ensure continuity and to escalate problems as required. 
  • Complete quarterly configuration management reviews of all tools.
  • Follow configuration management protocols for each tool as outlined by the change management processes and procedures.
  • Exercise failover of all services between each DC at least quarterly (depending on system, some systems should move between each DC monthly).
  • Provide monthly patch compliance reports (includes ISVM compliance reporting as mandated under FISMA for continuous monitoring and other reports).
  • Ensure that all systems are in compliance with DHS requirements (follow FISMA standards) for audit trails, logging and storage.
  • Ensure that AD Authentication / PIV cards are used as required.
  • Document all process and procedures for each application. Provide monthly reviews on all system documentation with designated Government POC’s.
  • Perform multi‐organizational troubleshooting, coordination and remediation management.
  • Develop trend analysis, metrics reporting, and root cause analysis to identify and document lessons learned within SharePoint.
  • Develop mobile device management account creation, removal and clean up processes.
  • Manage all aspects of AD to include monitoring, creating accounts, forest, domain and organizational unit level administration and support, integrating third party authentication, manage group policy objects (GPOs), etc.
  • Monitor server and services monitoring tools.
  • Manage public key infrastructure (PKI).
  • Provide enterprise level administration and support of Microsoft EX, to include message routing,
  • backup and recovery, migrating accounts to the cloud, monitoring, and supporting Tier 1 / Tier 2.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in related IT Field

 

Minimum Requirement:

Five (5) or more years of IT work experience of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

  • Any additional combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
  • Shall have or capable to obtain Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.
  • Experience in Monitoring and Reporting tools
  • Administration using PowerShell for AD, Exchange, and O365.
  • Deep understanding on HA for Exchange, including LCR, CCR and DAG
  • Strong understanding and experience with Messaging Office 365
  • Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures
  • Windows and Active Directory PowerShell scripting
  • Azure Active directory administration 

Certification – Must have one of the following certifications:

Microsoft Certified Solution Expert Certification (Server Infrastructure or Cloud Platform and Infrastructure)

Microsoft Certified Solution Associate Certification (Microsoft Windows 2012 or higher)

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Messaging
