AceInfo is currently seeking a Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM)    resource to support an upcoming federal project, in Springfield, VA.

 

 

Provide support in operating 24x7x365, via on-call support during non- standard business hours. The candidate shall provide engineering (on-boarding and integration), operations (troubleshooting and patching) and management support services, with the required skills, qualifications and expertise which are needed to manage and implement the Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) program and the associated services (currently the Oracle based suite). Also included within this task is the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) integration and support activities. The candidate shall consistently provide the government with at least 25% of staff members supporting the Oracle ICAM suite whom possesses Oracle Identity and Oracle Access Manager Certifications.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Candidate shall provide subject matter expertise in integrating or “on-boarding” applications using disparate authentication and/or authorization services (i.e. Windows Active Directory, LDAP/Top Secret, internal DB, etc.) into the ICAM infrastructure to include the integration points with PIV.
  • The Candidate shall maintain a work collaboration site or sites in which on-boarding documentation shall be obtained (This includes access to the CM tools of baseline code and product configuration.). This status shall provide information on current on- boarding activities.
  • The Candidate shall provide all ongoing development support for new policy creation, identity management workflow creation, and other COTS software configuration related to new customer requirements. This shall be an ongoing effort, as security policies, related technologies, and new credentialing rules evolve.
  • The Candidate shall review existing processes and procedures, and implement efficiency improvements to include automation of manual activities wherever possible.

 

    •      DHS Direct Connect validation testing and implementation to include:
    • Evaluate the Synchronization options between Active Directory and IDMS.
    • Verify the mapping scripts and synchronization operations function within CBP OIT Domain
    • Automate the process for populating IDMS with the Email Addresses.
  • Develop the Encryption Data Recover Key for Revoked PIV Card Certificates (allowing recovery emails and files encrypted with revoked certificates).

Qualifications

 

 

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience (Bachelor of Science (BS) can be substituted with an additional 4 years of related experience, and a Master of Science (M.S.) can be substituted with an additional 2 years of related experience).

 

Requirement:

  • 8+ years’ experience with Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM).
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal with experience interfacing with senior levels Federal management staff.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in integrating or “on-boarding” applications using disparate authentication and/or authorization services (i.e. Windows Active Directory, LDAP/Top Secret, internal DB, etc.) into the ICAM infrastructure to include the integration points with PIV)
  • Ability to Develop the Encryption Data Recover Key for Revoked PIV Card Certificates.
  • Experience with Oracle ICAM suite
  • Experience providing engineering (on-boarding and integration), operations (troubleshooting and patching) and management support services to manage and implement the Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) program and the associated services, using Oracle ICAM suite.

 

 

Required Certifications:

Oracle Identity and Oracle Access Manager Certifications

 

Security Clearance Requirement:

Ability to successfully pass a DHS Background Investigation

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED/TECHNOLOGIES:

Oracle ICAM suite: Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle WebGate, etc.
