AceInfo is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our upcoming federal project, in Washington, DC.

 

  

Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget.
  • Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • The PM shall have at least five years of experience as a Lead Engineer in an ICAM-related environment, and at least five years of experience of domain knowledge in ICAM, managing large complex, mission critical web-based systems development projects and programs
  • The Project Manager must have in-depth knowledge of federal ICAM standards and the Federal ICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance, as well as knowledge of the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of current commercial and open-source ICAM products
  • Should be a professional technical expert with proven ICAM program management and technical leadership skills.
  • Lead and manage the technical implementation as well as Engineers and other technical experts with in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Java-based identity and access management suites, including products from IBM, Oracle, mainframe, and ForgeRock.
  • Experience in solutions development where Agile Development principles were successfully applied is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to building and managing ICAM/Software development using DevOps CI/CD and automation in AWS Cloud environment and 12factor microservices architecture
  • demonstrate experience and technical knowledge of ICAM products essential to plan and execute the planning, engineering, development, integration, and deployment of the USCIS enterprise ICAM environment.
  • Bachelors Degree in IT
  • Must be US citizen
