AceInfo is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our federal project, in Kearneysville, WV.



Position Description:


The individual holding this position shall act as a Engineering Services Delivery Manager, and Deputy Contract PM for the federal contract. He/She will be responsible for managing and leading projects in support of multiple engineering and security services (IaaS, NaaS, PaaS) across two national USCG data centers, and multiple smaller remote sites. Candidate will also provide Tier 3 support for the day-to-day operations and services for each as a Service (IaaS, NaaS, PaaS).


Applies in-depth quality, technical and project management experience to successfully lead  federal infrastructure engineering programs. Drives accountability, efficiency and ensures high quality data center operations are achieved through engineering robust automated, enterprise solutions with emphasis on continual process improvement.






  • Managing his/her internal staff (locally and remote), subcontractors, consultants and cross-functional IPTs, including both direct and indirect reporting relationships (Leadership through Influence).
  • Establishing a roadmap for cost effective, efficient Engineering Service Delivery of infrastructure teams and ensuring all staff is familiar with short & long term goals.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and improving key enterprise level automated solutions across federal operations.
  • Preparing complex technical documents (including corporate proposals) and project status briefings.
  • Accountable for Engineering Service processes, deliverables and timelines. To this end, responsible for conceiving, designing, planning, and implementing all project activities necessary to ensure teams successfully meet established deadlines and objectives. This includes review, critique and evaluation of project plans from others.
  • Areas of responsibility include full-life cycle engineering operations for the networking, compute, storage, platforms, etc including full private Cloud implementation
  • Staff evaluations, disciplinary briefings and other personnel consultations.The Engineering Services Manager is expected to work closely with his/her government counterpart and/or COR, and federal contract management. Must have a working knowledge of modern data center operations, including Hybrid Cloud offerings.





Required Education

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related degree program.
  • Bachelor’s Degree may be accepted if sufficient professional experience and/or current IT certification is demonstrated to substitute for formal education.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 10 to 15+ years IT and Program Management Experience
  • Extensive knowledge in Cloud technologies, as well as data center and/or infrastructure operations
  • Demonstrated Project Management, process improvement skills
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong customer service and consultation skills
  • Ability to build teams and lead, influence and motivate others – direct and indirect reports, internal & external          


Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • CISSP, PMP & ITIL (required to obtain on job if do not have)
  • Existing knowledge of USCG
  • Occasional travel, 10-20%



Position is designated on contract as Key Personnel and is subject to government review and approval.  

Must Have secret clearance.

U.S. Citizen is required for the position. Candidate must successfull pass a Federal Background Investigation.
