AceInfo is currently seeking a Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to support our federal project, in Suitland, MD.



The program provides support for the IT services management branch within our Government customers IT Directorate. We provide support to customers requesting infrastructure resources (primarily servers and storage) to support applications and programs.  The team strives to ensure that technological solutions meet the demands of our customers, while complying with changes in IT infrastructure, security requirements and government mandates. 


We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven individual with a focus on Data Center services in an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment. We are looking for someone to join our Customer Requirements Management (CRM) team to help customers meet their IT requirements.  This role includes the coordination with IT customers, Project Managers, and industry leaders to obtain timely and cost effective Infrastructure Services (Compute and Storage).  CRMs are the single POC for managing and tracking the customer’s CSvD managed infrastructure services. Individuals work to gather requirements, coordinate the deployment of infrastructure services (Compute and Storage), and support the full design to deployment lifecycle.  Duties include; developing cost models, gathering requirements, and aligning business needs to IT standards.  It is the goal of the CRM to turn requirements into secure technology-based solutions as efficiently as possible.





  • IT Project management experience (to include scheduling, risk/issue management, and exposure to earned value management)
  • Experience with Operations, Service Delivery and Procurement
  • Compute and Storage Lifecycle (Procurement to Decommission)
  • Change Management
  • Cost Modeling and Budgeting (ROM & Customer Agreements)
  • Planning and Tracking
  • Issue Escalation (For many Managed Services)
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (Comfortable interacting with clients/customers on a daily basis)
  • Good Writing Skills - Comfortable writing and documenting technical requirements 


Candidate must have the following knowledge, experience, and abilities:

  • Must have 5+ years of Project Management or operations support experience
  • Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Exposer to Service Delivery including Enterprise Data Center Operations and Architecture
  • Familiar with Change Management tools (Remedy, Service Now)
  • Able to perform analysis using MS Excel
  • Create and manage customer diagrams using Visio and MS PowerPoint

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Assessment
