AceInfo is currently seeking a Systems Administrator I to support our federal project in Kearneysville, WV.
The Development Workstation Software Package Management System Administrator is expected to have a thorough understanding of the components that must be in place in order to create and deploy software packages to the Standard Workstation. This includes the software requirements and dependencies, security posture, and help desk ticket management. Knowledge will be gained from customer communication, by closely working with the LCCB/ITCCB, system developers, DBAs, and SAs, as well as through the evaluation and testing of the respective system software developer packages in the Lab.
The SA is expected to have technical knowledge of BMC Remedy Action/Request Tool, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other software deployment automation tools and be capable of executing independent and team tasks as assigned. The SA must be a team player and willing to interact with other people at all levels throughout the organization. The SA must possess the ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they relate to workstation software package installs.
