AceInfo is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - SCCM to support our federal project in Washington, D.C. 



Position Description:


AceInfo is looking for a senior level systems administrator that is well versed in SCCM. This includes managing the SCCM environment, creating patches and automated pushes and support of installation, monitoring, and managing connected devices.  This position is a high visibility role and it is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a drive to excel, to work with leaders in the industry, learn new technologies, and be intimately involved in developing strategies and implementing them across a wide baseof users and systems.



• Demonstrates subject matter expertise in the areas of Windows based systems administration including Win 97, Win 10, SCCM and SQL, network access control, VoIP, WAN, and wireless technologies
• Monitor and maintain the and patch connected devices
• Support SQL services

• Work with Cyber Security to maintain required IT security posture
• Provide and engineer solutions that improve the network’s integrity and availability
• Acts as a Tier 3 level expert and a systems resource for all users, developing documentation as required and appropriate.


Required Skills:

  • Must be able to work in a multi-functional, fast paced, high intensity team environment, work closely with our customer directly, provide ad hoc advice/presentation support/attend meetings as needed with little or no notice
  • Ability to work with the team at agency datacenters in collaboration with customer and other contractors involved in the project
  • Must be available to work weekends and after hours (when needed)
  • Experience in the detailed planning, maintenance and operations of systems and virtual environments. 
  • Broad and Deep experience in nearly all areas of IT Administration and Engineering
  • Must be able to communicate well, frequently and clearly with the customer in every step of the design, configuration, installation, testing, operational support, etc.
  • Min 5 years’ experience maintaining and operating Active Directory Windows based networks. Monitoring, managing and controlling, deploying, configuring, administering and troubleshooting Windows-based server infrastructures



  • Prior experience contracting at Federal agencies and working directly with Federal customers and end users is preferred
  • Experience with VMware virtualized infrastructures is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL, CMMI, and MS Engineering processes and implementation a plus.

U.S. Citizen is required for the position. Must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation.
