AceInfo is currently seeking a Documentation Specialist /Administrator (Temporary) to support our federal project, in Fort Collins, CO. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust from the Federal Government.  


Project Overview: 


The Program  provides a full spectrum of innovative business and professional services for developing, maintaining and supporting enterprise-class business applications to federal and non-federal agencies.



  • Create and edit technical and business documentation, such as reports, process documents, procedures, presentations, user manuals, training materials, and online help
  • Confer with subject matter experts and others to collect and organize information required for creation of documentation
  • Conduct documentation and audience needs analysis, and recommend appropriate approach and deliverables to project managers
  • Assist others with appropriate phrasing for document and software user interface content
  • Plan documentation development process and coordinate writing projects
  • Manage multiple document review cycles and maintain change control for documents as needed
  • Select and generate screen shots, illustrations, charts, etc., to present material as appropriate
  • Develop and assist development of presentations and graphics
  • Occasional request to generate and distribute meeting minutes



Required skills:

  • Experience in technical editing and writing
  • Experience in the field or related area
  • Experience with common style manuals
  • Experience with meeting and travel logisitics coordination


Additional skills:

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience developing internal writing and editing standards, procedures, and templates
  • Technical background or training in the field or related area
  • Experience with federal government systems a plus
  • Self-starter with strong self-management skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must pass a background investigation


Educational Requirements - Preferred


  • Bachelor degree in a related area; technical writing or documentation certificates a plus
