AceInfo is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our upcoing federal project, in Arlington, VA.
Provide support to Marine Corps Installations Command . Apply advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital and culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue, profitability, and mission achievement and contribute to the process for improving operations and increasing process efficiency. Expand or reorganize a business unit or operation, examine complex systems, and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Mitigate and manage risk, conduct customer and stakeholder analyses, and provide oversight to a project. Serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise that spans across management consulting pillars and other functional communities and provide leadership and mentoring to junior employees. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on unusually complex problems, provide solutions that are highly creative, and act as a leader on large programs and projects that affect the organizations long–term goals and objectives.
A minimum of 10+ years if IT experience and 5 years' experience working within a USMC Installations Command (Headquarters or Regional level) or an HQMC agency or a comparable DOD Facility/Installation command. The PM should have a clear understanding of MCICOM's organization, roles, mission, and structure and must have demonstrated ability to conduct daily communication at the O6/GS-15 Directorate level.
Required Skills and Expertise: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) required.
Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent in business field)
Security Clearance: Must have Secret clearance. U.S. Citizen is required for the position. Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation.
