    AceInfo is currently seeking a IMAP (Information Monitoring and Analytics Program) Manager to support our up coming federal project, in Washington, DC



    • Manage and provide guidance of assigned contractor personnel to IMAP
    • Assist with program development, including planning, structure, team development, strategies for effective communications of the program and how to effectively implement and operate the program
    • Assist with defining program strategy and objectives for program and each IMAP entity
    • Work in collaboration with support elements to enhance program capabilities
    • Provide program results and reports to IMAP leadership
    • Notify leadership chain of communication and technical issues
    • Provide support to Agency’s Insider Threat Program as needed
    • Update program management tracking mechanism as needed
    • Coordinate training activities for IMAP contractor staff
    • Coordinate activities between IMAP contractor staff and SOC
    • Facilitate meetings between IMAP contractor staff and SOC
    • Draft Intel-Informed Playbooks
    • Draft program policies, procedures, and other documentation as needed
    • Maintain close coordination with IMAP Team and partnering offices for all tasks as it pertains to anomaly detection and tools used to detect
    • Participate in Insider Threat working group meetings and/or events
    • Participate in Threat Intelligence working group meetings and/or events
    • Provide requested information on any investigation (insider threat or OIT)
    • Analysis of the monthly mobility report to identify possible application vulnerabilities on government furnished cell phones
    • Manage the support of Classified APT activities by providing the following:
    • Event and threat correlation
    • Trend Analysis
    • Proactive adversary infrastructure identification and tracking
    • Strategic security focused consulting and analysis
    • Cross-functional domain collaboration to enhance security mission
    • Manage the development and catalogue threat intelligence for adversaries targeting

    Information systems to inform other key mission areas:

    • External cyber intel analysis and dissemination (US CERT, other external organizations, and open source intelligence)
    • Internal cyber intel analysis (identification of high profile targets, analysis of internally developed security event data)
    • Executive Reporting
    • Bi-Weekly Threat Brief production and dissemination
    • Publish internally generated intelligence information to the community


    • BA/BS or minimum of two (2) years managing experience in a Security Organization
    • Two (2) continuous years of Program Management experience
    • Personnel serving in this task order must be able to attain up to a TOP SECRET SCI level clearance
    • An active ISC2 CISSP and PMP certification
