AceInfo is currently seeking a Asset Manager/Asset Operations Staff to support our federal project, in Washington, DC


Project Overview:


This individual will work as a member of a security team in a 24x7 Security Operations Center responsible for monitoring the customer’s environment for potential security threats and incidents. This will include the identification, analysis, investigation and support of remediation recommendations to mitigate the security threats and incidents. The analyst will work closely with other teams as part of the overall incident management process.


  • On a quarterly basis perform Inventory of equipment on the Equip1 Hand Receipt (the Hand Receipt for OCIO accountable hardware)
  • On a weekly basis perform Inventory of the non-accountable equipment that is provided through the Asset Management Office
  • On a weekly basis update all inventory sheets in each rack in the Data Center
  • Provide support with shipping of non-accountable equipment through the Asset Management Office
  • Assist OCIO personnel with OCIO inventory support with access to DPAS
  • Coordinate with DCO and Network Engineering to insure that equipment being replaced is DRMO’d and removed from Equip1 (the Hand Receipt for OCIO accountable hardware)



  • Must have a current and active SECRET clearance which has been used while working for the federal government within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Three (3) years of asset management experience
  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and capable of developing asset management spreadsheets
  • Must have demonstrated experience with working with customers as all levels
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to gather requirements from multiple sources
  • Must be able to prioritize and de-conflict asset management issues within an Enterprise IT environment


Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Experience with Remedy ITSM
