AceInfo is currently seeking a IT Help Desk Intern at our headquarters in Reston. Candidates for this position should be able to work either the 2:00-5:00 or 3:00 to 6:00 shift for a total of 15 hours per week

 

 

Position Description: 

 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for resolving level 1 helpdesk calls
• Creatively handling tickets and escalations as needed. Correctly closing all tickets with documentation
• Tracking all inventory down to the last system

Qualifications

• Must be a likely candidate to be eligible for public trust
• Experience in some customer focused, technical helpdesk, capacity a bonus

• Must be working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field 

 

Preferred:
• A+ cert, not required but interested in obtaining

 

Additional Requirement:

 

Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation.
