    AceInfo is currently seeking several Sr. PAM (Privileged Access Management) Engineer to support our federal project, in Bowie, MD.  



    Position Description:


    We are seeking a senior level CA PAM engineer to provide support across multiple projects. Will consider someone who has experience with other Privileged Access Management tools other than CA Technologies.This person should possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills as well as experience in the different phases of the system life cycle, to support O&M activities, development of SOP's and day-to-day functional administration and support. The engineer should have SailPoint advanced knowledge, with some Big Fix experience as well. This position is focused on training other department resources to perform established functions on the CA platform.



    • Support the architecture, design, deployment and integration of privileged account security solutions.
    • Support Solution Implementation Architecture activities
    • Ability to discuss technical concepts and interdependencies with customers
    • Experience gathering high level functional and operational requirements
    • Experience developing and managing multiple system designs concurrently
    • Design and implement Privileged Access Management solutions (Xceedium, CyberArk, SailPoint, Centrify, Beyond Trust).
    • Provide operation and maintenance of existing CA PAM solutions
    • Develop design documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and implementation/deployment plans for privileged account security solutions and identity governance solutions
    • Provide after-hours and on-call production support when required



    Candidate must have the following knowledge, experience, and abilities:

    • U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to obtain at least OPM Public Trust Clearance and/or DoD Secret
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 6 to 10 years of hands-on privileged access management solution experience
    • Experience working with Federal Government
    • Familiarity with government security standards (NIST, FISMA, DHS4300, etc.)

    Preferred Skills:

    • Technical security certifications: CISSP, CISM, Security +, CAPM
    • Experience designing Computer Associated Privileged Access Manager (CA PAM) solutions
    • Ability to proficiently utilize SailPoint identity management system
    • Experience with BigFix endpoint management and security platform
    • Proficiency with MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
    • Background in information security systems with specific knowledge around access control
    • Hands-on Windows 2008 and 2012 Server administration experience
    • Hands-on IIS administration experience
    • Hands-on Active Directory and LDAP query experience
    • Functional understanding of TCP/IP networks and firewalls
    • Functional understanding of the following protocols: TCP, UDP, DNS, NetBIOS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSL
    • Basic UNIX/Linux system administration experience

    Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation (Public Trust) or DOD Secret Clearance.
