    AceInfo is currently seeking a Senior Manager- Strategy to support our federal projects in the Northern Colorado or National Capital Region area, with 25-50% travel anticipated.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager is to act as a strategic bridge between AceInfo and its Federal clients, primarily focusing on USDA accounts. This individual will analyze business practices and processes on ongoing contracts and make suggestions for improvements that focus on Federal CIOs priorities. Areas will include but are not limited to:

    • PMO, Best Practices and Centers of Excellence
    • IT Modernization and Leading-Edge Processes and Technologies
    • Commercial Cloud Platform Services
    • Others

    Qualifications

    The strategic consultant will have the following skillset:

     

    • Expert knowledge of Technology and Government
    • Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of Facilitation, Collaboration, Lean thinking, Change Management, Growth Strategy
    • 5+ years of experience working on strategic initiatives within a large, matrixed organization
    • Experience developing executive communications, both written and verbal
    • Strategic thinker with the proven ability to identify opportunities, formulate supporting business cases and gain support from clients and customers
    • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of others and develop relationships across the organization
    • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree

     

    Additional Requirement:

     

    U.S. Citizen is required for the position. Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation.
