    AceInfo is currently seeking a Systems Administrator III (SCCM) to support our federal project, in Washington, D.C. 

     

    Overview: 

     

    Supports and maintaining integrity through audits and investigations for an independent network of information technology (IT) infrastructure owned and controlled. Ace Info Solutions provides IT Engineering, Operations and Service Desk support throughout DC and over 30 field offices around the country.

     

    Position Description:

     

    We seek a senior level systems administrator that is well versed in SCCM and SQL. This includes managing the SCCM environment, creating patches and automated pushes and support of installation, monitoring, and managing connected devices. Skills should include detailed planning, maintenance and operations of systems and virtual environments. Develops documentation as required and appropriate. Has Broad and Deep experience in nearly all areas of IT Administration and Engineering. Knowledge and experience with ITIL, CMMI, and MS Engineering processes and implementation a plus. This position is a high visibility role.  This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a drive to excel, to work with leaders in the industry, learn new technologies, and be intimately involved in developing strategies and implementing them across a wide base users and systems.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrates subject matter expertise in the areas of Windows based systems administration including Win 97, Win 10, SCCM and SQL, network access control, VoIP, WAN, and wireless technologies
    • Monitor and maintain the and patch connected devices
    • Support SQL services
    • Work with Cyber Security to maintain required IT security posture
    • Provide and engineer solutions that improve the network’s integrity and availability
    • Acts as a Tier 3 level expert and a systems resource for all users

    Qualifications

    • This candidate must be able to work in a multi-functional, fast paced, high intensity team environment, work closely with our customer directly, provide ad hoc advice/presentation support/attend meetings as needed with little or no notice
    • Must be able to work with the team at DHS datacenters in collaboration with customer and other contractors involved in the project
    • Must be available to work weekends and after hours (when needed)
    • Must be able to communicate well, frequently and clearly with the customer in every step of the design, configuration, installation, testing, operational support, etc.
    • Min 5 years’ experience maintaining and operating Active Directory Windows based networks. Monitoring, managing and controlling, deploying, configuring, administering and troubleshooting Windows-based server infrastructures
    • Prior experience contracting at Federal agencies and working directly with Federal customers and end users is preferred
    • Experience with VMware virtualized infrastructures is a significant plus

     

    Certifications:

     

    The following certifications are desired, but not mandatory:

    • MCSE, Security+, Network+

     

    Additional Requirement:

    • U.S. Citizen is required for the position. An Active Secret clearance is required
