    AceInfo is currently seeking a HR Generalist - Temporary to work at our corporate office in Reston, VA from October 1 – January 31, 2019.





    Provide human resources generalist support to 600 AceInfo employees in numerous states and locations in U.S. Administer new hire/onboarding process, E-Verify, termination/organizational offboarding, data entry into ADP Workforce Now, maintain electronic records in HRIS /ADP. Assist with benefits administration and enrollment.




    Assist HR team to provide human resources generalist support to 600 AceInfo employees in numerous states and locations in U.S.  Assist with new hire onboarding, E-Verify processing and benefit enrollments in ADP Workforce Now.  Track and process terminations and conduct organizational exits. Maintain electronic employee records, and actions relative to new hires, terminations, changes, promotions, increases and other updates to ensure accuracy of data. Assist with new employee onboarding.  Assist with other HR special projects and programs.



    • Knowledge of HRIS systems :  ADP Workforce Now, GCS, SharePoint, Deltek T&E, E-Verify
    • New Hire On Boarding & Termination
    • Generate reports using ADP Workforce Now (employee stats, benefit enrollments)
    • Update HR Reports and Spreadsheets:  New Hires/Terminations/Turnover/Recognition/ Workers Compensation/ Severance/Benefits /Promotions
    • Other HR administrative duties as required


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/related degree or 2-3 year Human Resources generalist experience in a government contracting company desired   
    • Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft office skillset to download reports, analyze data, maintain databases and spreadsheets 
    • High degree of accuracy with database record entries required, and must be detail oriented
    • Possess strong work ethic for working with confidential employee data
    • Strong organization and planning skills. Able to work in a fast paced environment
