    AceInfo is currently seeking a Cloud Migrations- Technical Project Manager to work at our Corpoarte office in Reston, VA and support our Federal projects as necessary. 


    Provides a full spectrum of innovative business and professional services for developing, maintaining and supporting enterprise-class business applications to federal and non-federal agencies.

We are looking for a strong manager to lead our Cloud Team (Center of Excellence) who is leading the use of public cloud (AWS and Azure) at Ace Info Solutions. The team is comprised of talented engineers with deep AWS knowledge who are establishing the best practices, standards, and governance to leverage AWS/Azure in a well architected, cost effective and secure way.

    We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills who is experienced at leading software development teams. We follow agile methodologies and look to be innovative, productive and collaborative. You’ll work with engineering, operations, and security teams across the company on their cloud plans.


    Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring technical delivery across regions using global standards and best practices. Including proper coverage and responsiveness to issues; effective skill assessments with supporting training plans; quality and completeness of customer communication and documentation; ownership of escalated items; and adherence to Cloud ITSM practices. 


    The person in this role will drive cultural and standards adoption and participation positively for their team.
    The role includes leadership and management of day to day operations.  Prior manager experience required. Ensure a high level of technical execution by validating teams are meeting metric requirements for responsiveness, quality and completeness.  Identify gaps in execution then plan training and/or appropriate work assignment processes to fill the gaps. The manager must have senior level critical thinking skills as they apply to troubleshooting, team and work management for a region, and teams and products supported. The key skills you will use daily are leadership, time management, work management, technical troubleshooting skills, technology stack knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer service expertise.



    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of technical professional experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of AWS, GCP and/or Azure experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of cloud security design, configuration and delivery experience
    • Taking ownership and acting with high sense of urgency; this job requires the individual to work like in a Startup Culture

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Hire, mentor and grow a team of passionate engineers who work well across  the company and are subject matter experts in AWS
    • Work within the team on priorities and help specifying the deliverables around  governance software, best practices, exemplars
    • Define individual performance objectives and development plans and ensure  alignment with individual growth and organizational objectives. Meet 1:1   weekly with the individuals in your team
    • Help drive excitement and adoption of public cloud / AWS across the  company by leading communication plans, training, and information sharing
    • Work with finance on monthly cost breakdown and estimates. Understanding  AWS costing models and methods to control costs
    • Engage with AWS/Azure for support and connections to their product teams (roadmaps, etc)

    Skills and Experience:

    •  Industry experience with AWS/Azure
    •  Proven track record of leading successful software teams
    •  10 years industry experience and 5 years in a managerial role
    •  Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and/or Kanban
    •  Desired: experience in a SaaS business and design and implementation of scaling large systems

    ·       Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust
