    AceInfo is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our upcoming federal project, in Hampton, VA

     

     

    Project Overview:

     

    The 480 ISRW is the Air Force leader in globally networked intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) operations. The Wing’s comprehensive set of ISR capabilities include Lead Wing designation for the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS), as well as national cryptologic, information technology, cyber ISR, tactical analysis, Combined Forces Air Component Command (CFACC)-support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence (SIGINT) integration. The unit’s mission is executed on a 24 hour, seven (7) days per week basis across several core and remote sites with Command, Control and Communications (C3) locations at Langley Air Force Base (AFB), VA and Beale AFB, CA.

    The AF DCGS, also referred to as the AN/GSQ-272 SENTINEL weapon system, is the Air Force’s primary ISR planning, collection, processing and exploitation, analysis and dissemination weapon system. The weapon system employs a global communications architecture that connects multiple intelligence platforms, DoD networks, and sensors. Personnel assigned to AF DCGS produce actionable intelligence from data collected by a variety of sensors on the U-2, RQ-4 Global Hawk, MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper and other ISR platforms across multiple security levels up to TOP SECRET/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Possess full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of the contract
    • Possess full authority to remove/replace personnel at the request of the Government (Reference 14.5)
    • Complete all in-processing and indoctrination actions prior to the start of all newly-hired personnel
    • Ensure all personnel receive and maintain documentation of their duties and responsibilities and orientation in these duties and responsibilities prior to performance start
    • Communicate directly with the 480 ISRW Contracts Functional Director, COR, or other designated Government representative on matters pertaining to the execution of this PWS
    • Ensure all personnel assigned to the contract are available to participate in daily operational activities (briefings, telecons, status updates, DV briefings,) as directed by Government personnel
    • Provide continuity folders to the Government upon request

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years’ of project management experience with 5 years of C4ISR/DCGS engineering experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in program management or related field or Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Prior experience managing a large contract or task order with personnel at multiple locations CONUS/OCONUS
    • Ability to successfully lead large cross-functional, geographically dispersed project teams (approximately 100+ personnel) in support of a critical mission operating on a 24/7 basis
    • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level (GG-15/O-6 and above) decision makers and corporate executives
    • Must posses an active Top Secret Clearance
