  • Overview

    AceInfo is currently seeking a HR Intern to work at our corporate office in Reston, VA. 

    This is Part-time work. Selected candidate will work no more than 20 hours per week. The hourly rate for this internship is 15/hr. 


    • Assists department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
    • Data entry into HRIS systems for new hires, terminations, and changes.
    • Responds to employee inquiries and/or escalates situations to Human Resources Director.
    • Assists with exit interview process and communication of findings to management.
    • Responsible for termination exit checklists and emails to the internal distribution list.
    • Responsible for the maintenance of the personnel files via Sharepoint.
    • Works on a variety of projects with HR Director to include Open Enrollment, Performance Evaluation, ADP Portal updates, EEO report, VETS 4212 report, Affirmative Action Plan, Affordable Care Act Reporting, Employee Morale events and Service Awards.
    • Assist with Front Desk phone coverage as needed.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by HR Director.

    • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
    • Ability to deal effectively in a diverse environment with individuals at all organizational levels.
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point



    • Prior experience with ADP HRB/Workforce Now, Deltek GCS or Sharepoint



    Additional Requirement:


    U.S. Citizen is required for the position. Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation.
