    AceInfo is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our federal project in Kearneysville, WV.  



    Project Overview:


    The Program Manager will lead and manage a large multi-year Federal contract employing 120+ personnel who engineer and operate the agency’s private cloud at both their primary data center and COOP location. This person will provide program management and technical leadership. The contract is organized into 4 integrated teams, Engineering, Operations, System Support and Service Management. Collectively, the delivers: Storage, Infrastructure, Platform and Network as a Service in a managed private cloud environment.



    • Provide overall direction leadership of program activities. Responsible for planning, organization, strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
    • Manage and maintain Contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
    • Overall responsible for Program’s overall P/L. Responsible for cost, schedule, quality, and overall service delivery performance.
    • Manages overall contract performance my meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), PWS requirements and execution of existing and future task orders.
    • Ensure that contract initiatives are aligned with Enterprise-wide strategies. Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner and to high standards.
    • Assume the initiative and provide support to business development personnel in identifying and acquiring potential organic business. Work with corporate staff, to include VP of Operations and Chief Operating Office for additional duties.
    • Accountable for culture synergy and staffing lifecycle (hiring, salary, performance, training, disciplinary, etc.)
    • Directs the development and effective delivery of server, storage, networks, security, cloud computing, communications, monitoring and disaster recovery systems
    • Meet with customers to define requirements for services and present cost-effective technical solutions.




    Required Experience, Education, Training/ Certification

    • At least 15+ years of experience in increasingly responsible positions in IT or technology-related field, with the last 10+ years being experience managing IT service delivery programs and projects in an enterprise class environment.
    • Must be experienced supporting large DoD / DHS Data Center operations and consolidation initiatives
    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred
    • PMI PMP certification
    • ITIL certification
    • ISC2 CISSP certification
    • US Citizen
    • DoD Secret clearance

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Strong technical knowledge across the core supported technologies
    • Demonstrate core competency in strategic thinking, decision making and leadership
    • Excellent track record of organizing and leading teams of contract support personnel with diverse IT skill sets at multiple locations to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Ability to provide coaching, technical guidance, training, leadership development and cross training to team members. Ability to develop a positive, supportive, team oriented work environment.
    • Able to develop and continuously improve operational processes and practices.
    • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document requirements, including validating requirements with stakeholders.
    • Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract IT O&M operations support functions and multi-faceted, complex, and inter-related IT engineering projects.
    • Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams to meet project milestones, schedules, and scope in alliance with best practices.
    • Experience maintaining and managing client interface at senior levels across multiple client organizations.
    • Contract Officer and COR interaction; Contractual Compliance (KPIs, PWS Deliverables, etc.)
    • Financial Analysis and Forecasting; Budget Preparation and Analysis.
    • ODC, invoicing and financial validation and certification.
    • Prior experience developing, improving and implementing business processes that result in improved efficiency, increased productivity, enhanced customer satisfaction levels, and/or improved cost-effectiveness.
    • Demonstrable interpersonal, customer management / service skills
    • Communication skills - both verbal and written; formal presentations and documentation
    • Experience working within a busy support environment where multi-tasking is a must
    • Good organizational skills plus the ability to motivate people across the organization to provide solutions
    • DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) and Vulnerability Assessments; successfully passed previous CCRIs.
    • Demonstrable practice of the ITIL service management strategy, design and operations.
    • Manage information technology vendor relationships.

    U.S. Citizen is required for the position. Must possess a Secret clearance or above.
