  • Overview

    Ace Info Solutions is seeking a Procurement Analyst to work with our team on our federal contract, located in Fort Collins, CO. Working from home 1-2 days a week is an option.


    The candidate will work in support of all EAS programs coordinating software license needs, procurement planning, license and procurement tracking, and pass-through billing.  The successful candidate will effectively manage communication within an enterprise organization – including both internal project stakeholders & external vendors – and be adaptable to varying communication styles.


    • Partner with project teams and support departments to determine the right equipment/software for technical resources.
    • Responsible for maintaining relationships with external equipment/software vendors, ensuring solid partnerships.
    • Vet pricing through multiple vendors, check availability of equipment/software to ensure timely procurement and installation.
    • Support & maintain formal procurement policies & procedures to ensure consistent, repeatable and sustained productivity.
    • Respond to data calls/requests for information related to past procurements to help estimate project budgets.
    • Communicate updates to project budgets as procurement requirements are realized or change.
    • Ensure accuracy of all procurement requests, including verifying vendor responses and ensuring deliverables are received, recorded, and requirements successfully met.
    • Track all procurement related information, including asset tracking of software license inventory and assignments.
    • Additional tasks will be assigned by manager as needed.


    • Ability to deliver professional consultation & services regarding procurements
    • MS Office skills – specifically advanced excel skills
    • Solid time management & organization skills to effectively complete assigned tasks
    • Advanced data management skills
    • Polished communication skills, comfortable communicating with both internal customers & external vendors
    • Highly diligent with workflow tracking & documentation
    • Capable of being an objective thinker working in a liaison role
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3-5 years experience managing government procurement processes, including hardware & software requests
    • Experience with Confluence, Atlassian product suite
    • Experience with ticket managing systems
    • Experience with MS Sharepoint
